Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Mycorum" or "the Service" refers to the deliberative AI platform available at mycorum.ai and via MCP integrations, operated by ECOEMIT SOLUTIONS SARL, Paris, France.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Deliberation" refers to a single request submitted through the Service that is processed by the Mycorum engine using one or more AI model providers.
• "Corum Synthesis" refers to the structured output generated by Mycorum at the conclusion of a deliberation.
• "Credits" refers to the unit of account used to pay for deliberations on the platform. 1 credit = $1.00 USD.
• "Content" refers to any text, files, documents, or data you submit to the Service as part of a deliberation.

2. Acceptance of terms

By registering an account, purchasing credits, or initiating a deliberation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a legal entity (company, organization), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mycorum.

3. The Service

Mycorum provides a multi-model AI deliberation platform that routes your questions to one or more AI language model providers, orchestrates a structured deliberation process (divergence, critique, synthesis), and returns a structured output called a Corum Synthesis.

The Service is available via:

• The web application at mycorum.ai
• The Mycorum MCP server, compatible with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork
• The Mycorum API (available on Master and Enterprise plans)

Mycorum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including deliberations initiated via MCP integrations acting on your behalf.

One account per individual user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or credit policies may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

5. Credits & billing

Credit system. All paid deliberations on Mycorum are paid for using credits. 1 credit = $1.00 USD.

Reserve & finalize. When you start a deliberation, credits are reserved based on the estimated complexity. Upon completion, the actual charge is calculated from the AI models' token usage and rounded to the nearest 0.01 credit. Any excess reserved credits are automatically refunded. If a deliberation fails or is cancelled, all reserved credits are refunded.

Credit packs. The minimum credit pack purchase is $20.00 USD. Credit pack credits do not expire.

Subscriptions. Subscription plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time before renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refund for partial periods.

Credit rollover. Unused subscription credits roll over at month-end at the rate specified in your plan (10%–30%). Rolled-over credits expire after 90 days.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax). For EU users, VAT will be applied at the rate applicable in your country of residence.

No refunds. Purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or in cases of material service failure at our fault.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw without reason. However, by purchasing credits and using the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once credits are consumed. For unused credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting billing@mycorum.ai.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or infringing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or exploit the deliberation engine, routing logic, or credit system
• Generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm third parties
• Submit personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent
• Use automated bulk submissions not intended for genuine deliberation
• Resell or sublicense access without written agreement
• Violate the usage policies of any AI model provider integrated with Mycorum
• Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' data

Mycorum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation without prior notice.

8. AI model eligibility by region

Mycorum routes deliberations to AI model providers based on domain benchmarks, complexity, and regional eligibility rules. Certain providers may be unavailable depending on your declared region, applicable law, or Mycorum's compliance policy. You will always be informed which providers were used in each deliberation.

Enterprise accounts may configure custom provider eligibility rules, including restricting deliberations to providers meeting specific data sovereignty requirements. Contact enterprise@mycorum.ai.

9. AI transparency (EU AI Act)

In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we disclose that:

• All analyses on Mycorum.ai are generated by artificial intelligence systems
• Multiple AI models from different providers are used in each deliberation
• AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or biases inherent to the underlying models
• The human user is always the final decision-maker — "Five AI minds deliberate. You decide."

10. Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Mycorum a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including transmitting it to AI model providers, storing it in your account, and displaying it to you.

This license does not permit Mycorum to use your content to train AI models, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or use it beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

11. Corum Synthesis outputs

Le Corum Synthesis is a structured AI output designed to assist decision-making. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on Corum Synthesis outputs. Mycorum accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on deliberation results.

Deliberation results are generated by third-party AI models orchestrated by Mycorum. You may use these outputs freely for any lawful purpose. Note that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. Your use of outputs is also subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

12. Intellectual property

The Mycorum platform, including its deliberation engine, routing logic, interface, branding, and all associated software, is the exclusive property of ECOEMIT SOLUTIONS SARL. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in the platform beyond the right to use the Service.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mycorum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Mycorum in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence (faute lourde) or intentional misconduct (dol), which cannot be excluded under French law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mycorum, ECOEMIT SOLUTIONS SARL, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms, content you submit that infringes third-party rights, or your violation of applicable law.

15. Termination

By you: You may close your account at any time. Active subscriptions cancel at the end of the billing period. Unused credits are forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise.

By Mycorum: We may suspend or terminate accounts in material breach of these terms without prior notice in cases of fraud or platform abuse.

Effect: Upon termination, your access ceases. Data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

16. Force majeure

Mycorum shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, third-party AI provider outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes affecting AI model availability.

17. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law. For consumer users within the EU, nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting legal@mycorum.ai and allowing 30 days for resolution. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. General provisions

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mycorum.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: Mycorum may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with 30 days' notice. You may not assign your account.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Previous versions are available upon request.
